The Hwestianvas Field was the ideal spot to hunt, or have a good play in the lush swaying grasses. It was early morning, the field alive with new life, and the throbbing noise of bird songs, and cricket’s chirping goodbye to the night. The flaming ball that was the sun was still bathing the sky a light orange, growing steadily into a cloud free day. The sky was streaked with indigo, yellow and red. As the orb climbed higher, the sky lightened, and the hill shadows smoothly went into nothingness.
Dew clung to every strand of grass, glinting like diamonds in the new light. Soft paws broke the chain of dew, spraying it away. A she-wolf stood tall, knee deep in the grass, that rippled like seaweed caught in a drift.
He coat was the shade of dyeing leaves, and oak bark. She was fairly pretty, and a scar split her fore paw, making the gap larger than normal. Her amber eyes flashed gold in the light, then back to amber.
She was proud to be Alphena or these lands, from the highest pecks, to the low land rocks; she owned all of Celebraven. It was a shame, Kojin thought. That I never got to see Zero. But moving on from it, she dropped to a stealth walk, scenting the pulsing heart of a rabbit near by.
